Too thick
Was good quality but too thick will use on something at some point so not wasted money

Hard cord like
I bought this to use with masks. It is quite hard and I have used softer elastic that I had so far.It doesn't come on a reel but loose in envelope. It's probably a matter of you get what you pay for.

Look carefully at the ordering options to choose the right amount/ thickness
1.5 mm Too narrow for my needs. Confused ordering options so not as much as I wanted or correct thickness.
