This product took a while to get to us, but it finally came. We had purchased another machine, but when this one came in we were amazed at how powerful it was in disinfecting our classrooms. Its fogging ability reaches far and wide. It is an excellent product!

Unit came earlier than informed. In fact, today, it’s saying it’s “Running Late”. This, while I’ve already paid $94 to return it to China.This one nit sprayed and adjusted perfectly, but it leaked like a siv during testing. Then during my first job, there was a very small engine fire and it wouldn’t turn on.My two cents, it’s a great unit. However, it was delivered to me poorly-not bubbles wrapped and in a recycled box.If it needs to be returned back to the seller, know you’ll pay to have their defective item returned to them. Quicker delivery dates means it’s already in the states, sitting on the shelves, ready to be picked. At that time, Amazon will pack it perfectly.I will by it again, after I’ve try another unit, shipped from Amazon.

Its unfortunate that I purchased three machines and one has broken down already and has electrical problems in only one month of use.Now because of the short window on returns or replacement I'm stuck with a piece of equipment that doesn't work.I have purchased other similar items two years ago that still work.

Device started smoking and stopped working on the first day. They sent another and fixed the issue. Thank you
