Simple, easy to use
This is a great value for the price. I've used it for a couple years now and loaded it up with 60 lbs of weight. Works like a charm!

It's exactly what I expected...easy to use and clean. I like to press my cheese using weights because it's easier to set the correct pressure.

Nice..but bottom board was warpef.
The bottom board was warped. I had to fabricate a "cork lift" on order to have all 4 legs to reach.

Poor quality
Not worth the buy The wooden planks are made of cheap Material- they break during use. The plastic containers are fairly big and seem durable. Will not buy again - does not do the job

I really like this press. The only change I did is add washers on the top board to balance the bolts better when tightening. The price is good, and I recommend to wash after and let dry,,as wood will begin to break down over time. If the manufacturer would see this comment,,I would ask for a bar on the butterfly nut, so you could screw it down easier.

I love this press, it's the perfect size for my kitchen. I can't think of anything I'd want to change, to me it's perfect. Even the cheese moulds are perfect size, great instruction, easy to follow. It was a breeze putting my press together ❤

ネジで強く締めていくと板が湾曲してくる。もっと強度のある板を使わないとそうなるわな。 自分で板買って、ホームセンターでネジ買って自作できるレベルだった。 とくにかくチープすぎて微妙だ。

Bois de la presse à Fromage de mauvaise qualité
Très déçu de l'article. Première utilisation et le bois des planches s'éclate après avoir pris l'eau et l'humidité du fait de l'égouttage du fromage. Pas top!!!!! A éviter.
