Does this have rubber insert like the oem? I can just take the nasty old rubber off the oem one. Im looking for new rubber that just insert.is this?

Not like the OEM one, but still seems to be a (harder compound) rubber, you don't get that nasty almost slimy feel to it. I've had mine a couple years now, it started out harder than s*** to push, then got easier, and now 3-4 years later and it's to the point I need a new one as it has holes in it now.

Can the old key be transferred over to this new fob? I am having trouble finding someone who can cut a replacement key.

The old flip key can be reused, you’ll have to push out the roll pin and reset it in there. Plus there is that chip that has to be carefully removed from the old key case and put into the new case.

Does this come with a Pontiac logo for the back of the key?

Nope it's blank, you have to search around for it, someone else has them, $5-8 each, I bought this and re did my key when I bought my 'new' used Pontiac. Happy searching.
