Eh, painful and time-consuming!
I bought these from the official charmsies site, but (shockingly) they don't leave any place to write a review. Therefor, I'll be putting one here. This is an adorable idea and when it actually works, the little charms are cute. Unfortunately, the 8 seconds that the video claims will be required to apply a charm is not the case. I had to apply heat to each charm for almost a minute to get any stick. Rarely did this work the first time. Also, the areas that a charm does not stick leave plastic residue even worse than where they do stick. The gunk is hard and sticky. I had to rip out sections of my hair to get it off. Applying water helped SLIGHTLY.

Love these I saw a previous review where someone said there was residue but I had none of that. Thank God, lol. It was easy to apply and they look really pretty and feminine. Will def buy again
