An excellent piece of equipment. No problem in installing the software and using the device (see note below).It is very simple to use and fairly accurate when used with the latest version (2017) of Adobe Photoshop and light-room. Have also used it with the following programs with no trouble; Paint shop pro and Gimp.It is a very good graphics tablet for the price and easily matches the performance of equivalent devices that are much more expensiveNoteThe only stumbling block that I can see is that if someone has had another graphics tablet installed then you have ensure that the drivers for this older tablet must be removed completely before the installing the software drivers for the Ugee. however this is stated quite plainly in the installation instructions for the device..

It works perfectly fine, it does what it needs to do and says it does.The large work area is actually really nice.Only drawback is that, there will be softwares that dont properly support this tablet with little to no issue. Such as Opentoonz and photoshop (sometimes).Havent experienced any issues with Krita and Illustrator (though i barely used illustrator with the tablet)If the driver for this tablet looked better and was much more streamlined, this would be a 5 star. It is unrealistic to expect a company not as established as Wacom or Huion to be supported just as well by other softwares - ESPECIALLY open source softwares

Bought this for my son for Christmas, I don't have any reference to compare to more expensive tablets but that doesn't matter as it is brilliant, really accurate and I cannot imagine a more expensive tablet working better as there is so little room for improvement, I suppose you may get more features with a more expensive one but nothing you can't do without

it's a cheap tablet you cant expect muchthe driver software is horrid

This graphics tablet is well worth the price and the customer support I have received has been excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

got this for my 12 year old grandson. Took a while for him to get in on the operation, but going great guns now!

Good tablet , I used it for fire-alpaca and it respond most of the time well, there lots or scratches on mine but doesn't effect it form the pen[I pressed to hard i think]
