good product, very useful and handy....but one thing is charger not in box.

Really good product. All is good and great, except for the bits. I tried it on various items with exchanging bits around and I feel this is going to solve a whole lot of problems for people who are used to fixing things quickly. I must say, it's quiet amazing how good this product turned out to be. BTW, do note that it works only if you apply some force to it. Don't expect it to turn around by playing with the knobs ... this is a common mistake people make and have read from reviews that they return it thinking it does not work.The biggest negative I see is the bits. I wish they made it harder than they are now as after some use, some of the bits get blunted. It's a pity they could not figure out a better material and the only explanation to it is they might be wondering if there is some money to be made in selling bits separately. BTW, they are pricing the bits at about 250 for all 33 of them. I think that's a hint.

Such a German giant the bosch, put the instruction manual in a very low quality paper which is faded a lot.The instruction manual is not clearly explaining the working by step by step.Second thing, the box carrying the tool kit is of an average quality I think.Bosch has to change the quality and colour of the box. It is boring a lot.Because of the lag of instruction manual only I firstly put the return note. But by understood the working of the same by myself, I am eagerly waiting to see the products work.
