We like the rechargeable feature - - - Audio quality is very very good - it is unfair to compare any hearing aid with a Bose Hearphone But these hearing aids outperform many other brands that my wife has had in the past several years. This product is a perfect replacement for the Bose when she needs In-The-Canal hearing during her exercise classes at the gym.Really good audio with noise cancelling. Noise cancelling is not available on all the other hearing aids the she has worked with.My wife has a reasonable hearing loss and only needs to have the Volume set at 1 with the Noise Cancelling @ 3 for her right ear and 4 for the left eat.The small end adapters are exactly what she needs, in particular for her right ear canal.We highly recommend this product for the performance regardless of the bargain price - - - The price was a small consideration as compared to the performance features

This is an excellent product for the value, nice not to have to replace any batteries. However, it is very large compared to other units, but can be adapted to this size. Good controls but just hard to get use to.Was disappointed in receiving only one of the two units in my shipment. Got a quick response that this would be taken care of and the second unit will be shipped. Still waiting for that to arrive.Ron.

These work good but the ear unit needs to be longer to fit in the ear. To short to feel comfortable.

The media could not be loaded.  So i bought these 6 months ago for my grandpa. He loved it, so i bought him the upgraded version now and he says the sound is even clearer. The cost was a bit high but worth it for my grandfather who is minorly deaf in his left ear. Battery sounds good, no complaints other then price

I paid $2200 for each ear of RESOUND hearing aids. Recently lost one. Refuse to pay that again. These hearing aid companies and Drs. are So taking advantage of people with hearing loss. So I thought I would give these a try. OMG I am only using one. Love it. Hear things I have not heard in a very long time. Like my wind chime outside with the door shut. Believe me my hearing is severe. I put the expensive one in the drawer. Very happy I tried these. Tb is on #8 instead of 20.

The hearing aid that I wear (of the pair) is comfortable to wear, easy to adjust the volume, and I am able to hear again.Each hearing aid comes with 7 earplugs of different sizes, you can choose the earplugs that suit you according to the contour of your ears. it is easy to put the hearing aid back on. The sound is very good, normal.

These hearing aids are definitely worth the money. Customer service is amazing. Got back to me immediately and solved my problem. I am using these until my other ones that are under warranty gets fixed. I am hearing better with these then my other ones. Thank you for such a great product and great customer service.
