I loved this when I first got it, but after making bread 6 times, it fell apart. The little spindle just broke, see picture. It was not a heavy load of flour---only 4 cups and 1 and 1/4 cup of water. I am so unhappy about this. For the price, this company could do better than a shoddy piece of plastic. I can't afford another machine as I'm retired and on a tight budget. :-(. After having this problem, I NOW have to tell you that this is a GREAT company that stands behind their product. I contacted them about the broken part, and they got on the ball: They answered me, told me they would replace the part free, just have to pay for shipping. They said they would send me 2 parts. After I hung up within 30 minutes, they sent me a notice & tracking # that the parts were in the mail. I am so impressed with this company. It makes wonderful bread, etc.

To be quite honest, I was looking for a Bosch mixer for a good price. My wife found this Wondermill mixer instead. The price was better and as far as I can tell in the 2 1/2 months we've had this mixer it's been as good as a Bosch. It's a durable mixer at a great price. It's easy to use. It even came with the metal cookie paddles I wanted for making cookies. I've made oatmeal raisin cookies and chocolate chip cookies with it. It does the job very well. It is a little noisier than I expected, but it's something I got used to. I've attached a picture of the mixer and a picture of the cookies I made yesterday with the able assistance of my two granddaughters. This mixer helps our cookie making a great experience!

I purchased this as an alternative to the Bosch universal mixes which I heard good reviews about. Overall it's a good strong product. However, it is extremely loud which is a problem if you make your dough at night.....when the rest of the family is sleeping. I also found it hard and uncomfortable to pour the batter out of the bowel as the center makes it hard to give it a good scrap. The dough hook got ruined in the dishwasher, but they offered a replacement. The bowel is plastic which also shifts its shape in the dishwasher just a little bit. the company sent a replacement dough part fairly quickly and on the next usage this replacement broke in the dough, the broken piece scarred the plastic bowl and left it with pieces of plastic, it was no longer safe to use it as I was afraid that this tiny plastic will get into future batters. I did not receive a replacement bowl yet. Overall it has been a hassle to own this mixer it was used 4 timed our of which 2 times something happened to it. The motor is extremely loud, especially when the blender attachment motor keeps moving when the mixer is ON for no reason.

Purchased my original “Kitchenetics” mixer 30 years ago and just replaced it now. Just like the original Kitchenetics — and my old attachments fit perfectly as do the older designed Bosch bowl and attachments! (I secretly believe they were feuding brothers who formed their own company with the same original mixer 😉.) Superb results for bread doughs! A couple of hints: *Doughs “knead” best when mixer is FULL with at least 10+ cups of flour in the batch and pulls the dough over the hooks. (Dough will knead covering the lid.) *Using SAF brand yeast and when dough has the right amount of flour for your recipe, set the timer to ⏲ to 5 minutes and knead on high. Stop the mixer when ⏲ it rings and put in pans to rise. *Only one rising of the dough when using SAF yeast is required, and you actually get better results than two risings. *Will mix cookie dough but it’s better for the gears ⚙️ to use another method of mixing for brown sugar. It is too hard on the plastic teeth at the speeds and power of this mixer and will eventually break them. *Because the location of the motor creates gentle heat in the bowl, it’s great for bread but not so great for whipped frostings. I use my KitchenAid or a hand mixer for lighter than air frostings.

Not the quality I was expecting for dough kneading. The plastic thing in the center is not very durable when kneading relatively stiff dough. Definitely can't handle fresh milled flour bread dough. Super disappointed in this.

learning curve is steep. but I knew it would be. friend of mine bought a $700 mixer he blew through 100# of wheat making bread every day and giving it all away to people at his church before he felt he had finally mastered his mixer made batch 5 today of Sue Beckers basic bread recipe it is getting better. follow up. batch 10 I think finally making decent bread. see photo. definitely have to put in your time make your rocks with this machine.

We make our own bread and needed a mixer that can handle the kneading better than our KA mixer. This mixer has lots of attachments, is very easy to use and is easy to clean. This type of dough hook is really efficient and the mixer never gets hot or sounds like it is being overworked. The dough that was kneaded came out light and soft..very well kneaded and the bread came out so much lighter and less crumbly than when we used ou KA mixer. A great price for a good value.

Revised: The dough scraper had started to chip off. Contacted support and was told to discard the scraper as it's a known issue. Was told it works just as well without it. Um, no it doesn't. The dough just went in circles and climbed up on the middle. It didn't get kneaded. It made tough breads. The scraper is an integral part and now I'm stuck with a loud useless mixer as I need it for just bread. I returned it and got an ankarsrum. Huge, huge, huge difference in quality. Now I'm baking bakery quality breads. Old review: Let me start with bad/cons. It's plastic. All of it with the exception of the attachments. i really wish there was a metal option. Also, it's LOUD. Now the good stuff: I knew it was plastic but it is durable. NOT flimsy. And for the price? It's awesome. The loudness you can't get around but I have a Vitamix and it's just as loud. So I just tune it out. The really good stuff: It kneads dough beautifully and super fast just as stated. I made a gorgeous pain de mie in it as my first recipe. 7 minutes total to knead. I let it rise in the bowl an hour and then kneaded for one minute. Removed, shaped, and put into my bread pan. Let it rise 30 minutes and bake. So good. The cleanup was a breeze. The setup was even simpler. I love the breeze of putting and taking out the bowls/accessories etc. I also really appreciate the simple dial, less to break down. I got the plain simple one dial/one button Vitamix for the same reason. I am pleased by the lifetime warranty and hope to have this for years to come. Unless they make a metal version...:D

This product is amazing, the bowl is bigger then other products and it works better then the bosch I had

The mixer runs well. The plastic lid on the blender has a chemical on it that won't come off by soaking. Its in the material. My tongue feels burnt from the chemical. What is it? It has to be poisonous. What a scary realization of what we are putting in our bodies. In the poor innocent bodies of our children. I'm afraid the bowl and blender is made of the same chemical. Be careful please.

good quality product, easy to use, great price, light to carry and size of the bowl is good. I would be more happy if this machine was quiet.

This purchase was a simple replacement for my old Revolution wonder mill! It looks exactly the same, minus the dough separating piece, but it certainly does not work the same. Almost seems like it’s off the round. The dough mixes, and then throws it all to the top, causing the dough hook to fall off the stand. Sooooooo disappointing
