This is a very high quality product that has proven to work wonders in my diet. I have tried the very expensive name brands and had no success. I noticed this working for my joint pain within two weeks. I am able to exercise and even go on runs again, that was to painful to do before this product. Amazing results. I work as an ops manager have to lift thousands of pounds of feed and pet food a day, my first week of taking these my fingers don't swell as much and I can make a fist in the morning and the pain of work is gone.

Easy in your stomache and does ease pain in joints eapecially the knees. Only one bottle ao far but did order another one. 2 per day works well but each person is different.
