Classichoice Math: Word Problems Under 20

I got this for my five year old. I found the problems to be a bit wordy and hard to follow. The details detract from the actual numbers. When I read the word problems for my son, I usually paraphrase or restate the problems so it’s the numbers and addition or subtraction that are emphasized. It’s a good place to start though.
