Why did I wait so long
Simple tool, designed well enough to do the job. I tape it from moving once it is set to the height I want. Should have bought this year's ago.

Good, useful tool.
This gauge makes measuring and adjusting motorcycle carb float height easier. It's kind of a one time use tool, but worth the money.

Great tool for adjusting floats to factory specs
Great tool for adjusting floats to factory specs. However, I would like to note that the graduation cannot be seen when doing a Mukuni CV Carb or other carn where the float you need to measure is on the right side. The reason, the level bar is on the left side... BUT, set it, turn it and you will get the needed results.

This did not work as I thought. I had to use a completely different tool to measure the float height

Easier to use than a caliper
Set height with an accurate scale instead of provided markings. Otherwise, far better than most alternative methods to check carburetor float height. Would buy again.

OMG! This tool helped me adjust my carburetor floats super fast
I tried several times, took several days to try to adjust my carburetor floats without this tool... And what an annoying chore, so frustrating I walked away several times. I finally had enough of the trial and error. I jumped on Amazon found this tool for around $20. WHAT AN INVESTMENT. 1st try, adjusted perfectly, no gas spilling out of the overflow, bike fires up first try. I don't know why anyone would ever try to adjust floats without this tool? I'm telling all my friends....

Finally got my floats set right in multiple bikes/atvs - makes everything so much easier than trying the clear tube or regular measurement method
