I had a rather old necklace of porcelain beads, on which the original string broke a few years ago. This waxed thread was perfect as a replacement. I didn't really need a choice of 10 colours, white was perfect, but at the price that wasn't an issue. I now have an old friend that I can use again.

Very nice threads but I was expecting a more-waxed thread for leather work. This is no doubt ideal for jewellery but not idea for my purposes for docorating leather.

Lovely colours, hangs nicely (not too stiff). Very versatile.The only difficulty I've very quickly realised that there are several shades of every colour and to not expect to find a perfect match to jewellery you've made. If colour match matters then it's probably best to stick to black and brown leather.

I expected them to be a little thicker like pre-clasped necklace cord I bought from a different seller before. There’s barely any thread on the spindles and doesn’t look like it’s as much as it says it is. And it smells godawful like musty fish. It smells worse than my tacklebox after years of fishing. Definitely not something someone would want when wearing jewelry.

Pero al usarlo, como ves en la imagen, al empezar hacer el trenzado de la pulsera, se retuerce sobre sí misma y así es imposible seguir anudando. Una grandísima decepción, la pena es que ya lo he usado y dudo que se pueda devolver. No es tacto papel, como dicen. Sí es un poco encerado. Tal vez para ponerle bolas de colores, o letras, sea menos duro. Pero para hacer trenzados es imposible. Dudo que sea hilo de macramé. Así que encima la descripción es engañosa.
