Q: Is this constructed of aluminum or SS?

stainless, but the numbers are terrible. I prefer the ones that have the numbers stamped rather than just surface etched.

Q: What is the actual size. it says 4x3.2 but thats kinda large to be in your pocket? I use to have one that was 1x1 and had the gauges on all 4 edges

I have the same one as pictured and mine is 1 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" long with measurements on 2 sides as pictured and nothing on the back. Also has the ring on the upper right corner.

Negative, unfortunately it doesn't and you can barely read what is there. It works but is a poorly executed tool for what it could be.
