The 1st fridge they gave me didn’t work. So they gave me a full refund. Then I purchased a new one and they gave me 20% off towards the new purchase.

I bought this item I’m about a year ago, & I’m beginning to have challenges with it. The panel does not seem to be working and the fridge is not cold anymore. I cannot lower or raise the temperature nor can I turn on the light.

I had a few issues with delivery with this item. That being said the customer service is outstanding! My first inquiry about late delivery received a quick response informing me of the issue and a refund of the shipping cost. I was asked to wait a few more days for a update but if none was received they would offer a satisfactory solution. A few days passed and no update. I contacted them again and they refunded the entire amount. Also they still shipped the item and allowed me to keep it free of charge. So as far as I am concerned they get and A++ for customer service.The cooler is nicely built with what appears to be quality materials. The shelves are tempered glass that lock into place. The digital display with touch control is nice but hard to see the buttons in low light. I do wish that you could choose to not auto lock the controls. I really like the tinted glass door. It does get cold but could get colder. I don't know if I really believe it gets down to 39 degrees. All in all this is in.my opinion a good product with tremendous customer service.

Had an issue on delivery that was addressed efficiently and professionally by customer service. Now it’s working perfectly.

Opened this box today and found these on the product, scratches on the side and indents on the inside. The package was not damaged in any way that I could see in the box it came in. The controls on the fridge itself does not work. The light doesn’t come on inside of the fridge and I noticed indents on the inside of the fridge upon the reveling. I plugged it in and let it settle hoping things would change, minus the indents and damage on the outside of the fridge, but it doesn’t get cold nor does the light or the features/buttons work, which was a major part of me ordering this product. I called the number that is on the card that came along with the fridge with no success. I liked the product and was hoping it was everything I thought it would be, but that is not the case. P

The unit has been running for some time and it is a very quiet unit. But the reason for my low rating is: 1. The light doesn’t go on when the door opens, like every other refrigerator in the world. You either have to have it on all the time, or not at all; 2. The temperature does not stay where you set it. After a few days the unit always goes back to 46 degrees; and 3. For the controls for the light, temperature and locking the door you need to press the panel at a certain point. The problem is the panel is black, and has very faint outlines showing where to press. It is extremely difficult to see where to press as there is no button or tactile feel. Additionally, for temperature you need to press the panel in two places at the same time. It’s always hit or miss and takes time to figure out where to put your fingers.

The fridge came dented. FedEx could have dropped it off 😂 upset about the quality because I paid so much just to have the sides damaged. But it isn’t noisy and it keeps my drinks cold.
