Cheap quality
Headset stopped working after only 2 months. Poor quality 😢

Plantronics products are THE BEST!
This is the third Plantronics headset I own. As an online facilitator and coach, I use them daily for several hours. And they are GREAT!! Comfortable, with good audio quality. Especially the noise cancellation in the mic. The only drawback is that they don'l look nice on video.

I have a wireless from the same brand at work and it’s great and I decided to try this cheaper version for my home office and so far no complaints.

Works great. Cheap packaging
Great Plantronics sound quality, but this headset is lightweight and somewhat flimsy appearance. I hope it lasts. Shipping in a plastic bag, no box at all, I’m surprised that it wasn’t broken. I hope it’s new. It looks new. I was surprised that there was no plantronics packaging.

Stopped working within months, terrible customer support.
I ordered this headset 5 months ago. A couple of weeks ago, halfway through my day the sound and mic stopped. Now if it is plugged in I receive an alert from my app that there is no audio device connected even though it was selected as my default sound. It no longer comes up as an option for the mic. I reached out to Plantronics via the customer support link on their site and they have not bothered to respond to my message Side note: They advertise that this headset is "comfortable" for all day wear. If you wear glasses this is absolutely not true. I have to take them off throughout out the day and only wear them while in use or I get headaches from the added pressure of the earpiece on the arm of my glasses.

Good quality and sturdy design. The sound pickup is clear and the reproduction is perfect for voices. The one in my ears, not my head.

I wear behind the ear hearing aids, so it's always a challenge to find a headset that will fit appropriately and not create feedback. This one is it!! The sound quality is excellent and it is very comfortable to wear, even for several consecutive hours.
