A little taste of New Orleans ... no matter where you are in the world!
My daughter introduced us to Tony C's seasoning when she returned from college in New Orleans, and now that she is living in northern Europe, she asks us to pack her a big container of it each time we visitd.We use it almost exclusively on chicken, cooking up a bunch of breasts with some for now, and some left over for spicy chicken *on* salad and some for spicy chicken salad. It is good in all forms
