Yogi Egyptian Licorice Organic Tea, 16 Tea Bags (4 Pack)

This is one of my favorite tea blends, so of course it’s hard to reliably find in stores. I consider it to be high quality, absolutely consider it to aid in relaxation (love having a cup after arriving home from work) and the flavor is unique, very satisfying. I was happy with the price for this item, as well as time between order and receipt. Highly recommend this tea and also the seller.

I feel compelled to write a review, because this tea is just ridiculously good. It's by far my favorite. I can ditch my afternoon cuppa coffee in favor of Egyptian Licorice tea. It's sweet but not too sweet, subtle, zero "black licorice candy" cloying gnarliness; just herbal, balanced, complex, soothing on the throat. I can throw a tea bag in a big mug of room-temp water and sip all afternoon, no work. Or it's great hot. My kids like it too. Also note that it has a pretty nice lineup of ingredients, not just licorice root. I hope Yogi never stops making it.

I got this because I was looking for an affordable dupe for the Aveda tea. It really is similar but the only difference is this one is really spice heavy. It’s very cinnamon-y while the Aveda is more herbal and fresh- but they both have that delicious licorice root aftertaste. Very good and very affordable!

Love this flavor! There is a perfect blend of spice and warmth when I drink this tea. I am not a huge tea lover but always find myself repurchasing this item and it never goes to waste when I’m in the mood for a warm drink.

This tea really helps with throat illness. It is soothing and tastes great. No need for sugar because it has a sweetness to it without sugar.

Although these are expensive, they have high quality ingredients. The taste is probably not what you are going to expect. I had never had any licorice tea and wow was I surprised. It has a really great aroma that it gives off when brewing in the tea cup, and I simply love the taste. I have tried it with a bit of (fake) sugar, and without any sweetener. I really like it either way. It will certainly have a permanent place in my tea collection. Buy with confidence.
