It is necessary to improve.

We like the chair, it’s simple, sturdy and comfortable, exactly what we have been looking for to replace our old bulky office chair we have used for many years.We want a simple and a smaller-ish office chair, so that it wouldn’t take too much space when working from home and this one fits the bill.The chair also provides good body support and comfortable to sit.The installation instructions were very easy to follow and was easy to put together.

Was a little worried about the armrests being adjustable, but so far it's been great. Also was a guick and easy set up.

I feel really comfortable after using it for a few weeks. The width and height of the chair are very suitable.. You can adjust the height to match the table. It is really convenient.. I like this one so much

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been using it for a week now, I LOVE my new working chair!! Super sturdy and comfortable, you can adjust the height with the handle, the cushion is super nice, it only took my 20 mins to put it together! All instructions were clear and it came with extra screws which came in handy! Overall I’ll rate this chair for 5 stars for its sturdiness and comfort! Worth the money for sure!

This chair is wonderful. I have always used a folding chair for our computer desk. My back would always hurt when I had a full day on the computer. This chair does not cause me back pain. It also has a comfortable "seat". It is easy to get in and out of with the swivel. I can put my feet on the floor comfortably now. (I am 5' 4"). I love that the arms can go up as our computer desk does not have the space for the arms down when pushed under the desk. The first time my husband sat down at the computer with this chair, he commented on how comfortable it was. He does a lot of work at a desk at his work. We both really like the chair.

Its comfortable enough for all day usage on those remote working days. Rolls smoothly on a hard surface and feels generally sturdy. Solid back support. Standard up/down, recline functions you'd expect on any desk chair.I like that the arm rests can fold up and out of the way if desired, making it easy to slide under any desk/table.

Great chair, easy to put together, comfortable, moves around easily. But, the only thing that is a bit annoying is the seat is slightly slanted downward, and I have to scoot back to sit. Other than that, I like the chair. Unfortunately, it CANNOT be adjusted more to level it. It's difficult to see the slant in the picture, but it does slant downward a bit.
