Bubblegum for the win!
I've tried many other pre-workouts before and this one is the first that's actually drinkable! Bubblegum flavour is really good, Love Hearts is an abomination unfortunately. It works, the pump is great and the pre-workout does the job well. It's got added creatine which I think give a better and quicker result than having to use creatine as an added supplement. Love this! Just not the Love Heart flavour though, sickening!

The ABE is really good , poor shaker
Really like ABE pre workout and this taste is pretty good. The shaker though the lid does quite fit right , it won't screw on quite fully which is odd..

Wasn't good for me
Had recommended amount on tub felt ok at first , then became itchy all over like pins and needles ,red and blotchy all over As far as I know I don't have any allergies Bought because of the good reviews Will be quite sceptical of positive reviews from now on
