I did what the label said, no results. Next day tried it with one more capsule. But alas, no results. But I hung in there, and third day, great! Found my correct dosage is 4 capsules and 2 glasses water (in addition to my day 8 glasses water plus oatmeal for breakfast). and I can recommend. No cramping

This works better than any Rx I’ve ever taken. Just one a day for maintenance keeps me going. No discomfort! Great price!

This product does not work at all for me. I've taken products with identical ingredients and they've worked incredibly. So I'm suspicious of the actual ingredients in this supplement. I've done everything to get it to work with no luck. There's no refund policy so I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work. So just think twice before you purchase and rather than trying to save a few bucks buy the one that actually works.

Excellent product, but it took me a couple of days before I felt the effects. I like them because they are gentle and did not give me the runs. Read and follow the directions closely, and they will begin to clean you out slowly but effectively. Thus far, I have had no issues or side effects. I would recommend.

I don't poop much on my own. I take one of these every night and 99% of the time it works. If it doesn't I take another one. I have given these to more friends that have trouble pooping than I can remember and they all find it reliable. I have it on auto-ship - I like pooping each day!

This generic doesn’t work as well as the original Mag 07.

The price was good I hoped it was going to be comparable to Mag07 but it's not, it actually did nothing.
