Chung Jung OneKorean Gochujang Chili Sauce

This is the best brand of this sauce! Couldn’t find it in local stores recently so ordered on Amazon. Much better than other brands this sauce has a great flavor and texture. Other sauces made in us are too watery. This is a thicker sauce but not as thick as a paste.

I love it. I used to cook my own Gochujang recipe with a not so great Gochujang product from some brand. Now I don't need to cook it anymore since I like the taste of this Chung Jung One version. Besides, like someone else said in the comments, the texture is like ketchup and this is very cool. Last but not least, all ingredients are healthy! No MSG, corn syrup and such. Perfect for me.

Great flavor. I add some to my gluten free rice noodle.

Other korean Gochujung chili sauces I have looked at used cornstarch as a main ingredient and we're loaded with MSG.Chung Jung one Gochujung sauce adds great flavor and depth to my Korean BBQ marinade.

Chung Jung was the recommendation of a well-known Asian chef at a Chicago cooking demo. Unfortunately, I lost his recipe, and gave the sauce to a hot sauce connoisseur in my family who loved it.

Always love this gochujang sauce. It’s not easy to find. Also love the gochujang ketchup that this brand makes. Both are gluten free.

The flavor of this one is muted compared to what I've had in Korea...The heat is there the taste not so much...Chung Jung One Korean Gochujang Chili Sauce

Once you get used to a new exotic flavor you can really appreciate it.
