Several things were wrong with this product. First - the item took about 5 weeks to arrive. I plugged it in. The first time I used it, the motor seemed to run VERY slow. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be this way or not. After another week or so, I used it again and on the SECOND time of use, it STOPPED working completely.This item is a DEFECTIVE RIP OFF. Now it's not eligible for return. - WHY??

I wish I knew how it worked. It arrived WITHOUT a charger so I couldn’t even turn it on. The seller doesn’t issue replacements, you have to return it and buy it all over again. Very disappointed. I won’t be buying this again. It already arrived late and now it’s the weekend. Be forewarned, DO NOT BUY!

This tub scrubber has made my life so much easier. I had surgery on my knee and can’t be keeping it bending down so this scrubber I’d just what I needed. I just charge it and let the scrubber do the heavy work. I should have bought one a long time ago.

This product fell apart as soon as I opened the box. Also you cannot push very hard as the spinning head stops spinning.

I like fact that is would reach so well. It has soft brushes so it did not hurt the grout. It is not as sturdy as I would like. This is my second purchase. I am one who cleans often and it worked very well for me. If someone allowed things to get real nasty it might not be as good.

This is a very flimsy product. It also doesn't allow you to apply any pressure at all to the scrubber, so your ability to clean is nil. If you press down at all, the scrubber stops. There's no power at all. When you assemble the product, the connections are not tight at all. Again, if you apply any pressure at all, it will break.

I bought this because my son was working at an oil change place and there was a film in the bathtub; and the tub at my mom's condo doesn't get used much and needs some attention. This did nothing. The brushes aren't very stiff (so good for where you are concerned about scratches), and you can't put "elbow grease" into it by pushing hard. Not at all what I expected after seeing TV ads for it. I give it a 2 star rating because it does operate, it is cordless, and as mentioned, there may be some good applications. But nothing I bought it for will benefit. I wish I had not bought it.

The plastic clips to hold the pieces together disconnect too easily.
