The vacuum cleaner has a very short life time, I bought one in April it lasted a week and it stopped working, I complained and they sent me another, I received it at the end of May and at the end of August it stopped working, with the same failure as the first one, from one moment to another it stops charging the batteries, I have tried to find the website of the company that manufactures them and I have not been able to contact them, this vacuum cleaner is a disappointment.

Only have had for 2 months and already has fallen apart. Battery dies quickly, light on end doesn’t work and the container holding the dirt lets everything out.

This vacuum handles better than I expected. The suction is very good, easy to handle, easy to empty. & battery lasts a long time. The only negative is it’s a very narrow head and is so flexible it’s a bit difficult to keep it straight. But I would highly recommend this for every day cleanups.

After less than 3 months of light use, the vacuum physically broke. The only attachment used in this time is the adjustable extension tube and the crevice tool. During it's final use the power would cut out but start right up again when the trigger was pressed, but only for a few seconds. Thinking there might be a loose connection, I went to check the connection between the removable handle and the main vacuum/filter unit. When I did, the push button connector literally came apart and fell out of the handle, making it impossible to reconnect for use since the push button latch had actually broken in two. Prior to that, the attachment connectors had become increasingly difficult to pull apart, requiring a bit of effort to separate, which I attribute to the latch design. At the moment, I can't even remove the crevice tool from the extension tube as the connector won't disengage even when the release button is pressed! I can't comment on carpet or bare floor cleaning performance as I never used that attachment. Bottom line, this vacuum worked fine until it broke. I either got a defective unit or this vacuum is not well made in general. I hope to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, since when it worked, it worked well. I plan to update this review pending the outcome of my interaction with the manufacturer.

Vacuum did a good job and was a little heavy but powerful. Battery died after 1 1/2 years and would not recharge. Expected longer life.

This vacuum stopped working after 8 months. The head was almost too flexible, which made it hard to keep it straight at times. Yoy could only charge if through the base which was inconvenient. Overall, it was just ok.

We bought this for our 5th wheel. MAYBE used it 5 times. At first we were so happy and it performed well but just went to vacuum for our first trip of the year and it’s a goner. Won’t charge, won’t turn on. Big disappointment.

I've bought this vaccum in June, the 1st few weeks was good then the clip broke that holds it to the base. Got a replacement in July. Now it's October & it no longer holds a charge!
