do not buy. these batteries com in a child proof package that is a pain in the ass to open and get out of the package. I use to buy these before they came in a child proof package, they were great. Wont purchase any more.

Most of the time, I agree to disagree and go on, but this is just not one of these times.I have been wearing hearing aids for a very long time. I have bought many batteries and not just from Amazon.I have NEVER EVER in my 15 years EVER received batteries that were packaged like these. Whoever thought this was a great idea- doesn’t have a clue. These are IMPOSSIBLE to get out of the dispense reel. There’s a little tiny part on the bottom that says “cut here” and NO- you will not get access to the battery. They are in a hard, unbendable, and impossible to open the package- PERIOD!Like- do you think that someone is eating the **** things? Well, kudos to anyone who is able to open the package (because it sure isn’t me) and get a freaking battery out of the “new package” design. Who in the heck thinks a disabled person (or even an abled person) can open the steel trap package? So much for the “new improved” tamper proof design which requires scissors to cut around EACH battery to get it out. Ain’t nobody got time for that crap. Your label should read - Anti- spill batteries because they are INACCESSIBLY packaged.It would be easier for a one handed person to work a Rubik’s cube than to get a battery out of this package.Do not buy these period. You have been warned. Requesting a complete refund. Rating a zero.

Product is fine, but the packaging is horrendous. I always carry extra in my wallet, just in case. I couldn’t get them out, batteries went dead and I had to go home to cut some out. One by one.

Batteries were fine but you need major-league scissors to access them. Hearing aid are usually for those that are beyond toddler years so childproof loses its meaning here. Yes, I have a grandchild but the access issue offsets the benefit by far

The batteries are great but the packaging is a joke…. Had to take scissors to just get the batteries out… if it wasn’t for me there would be no way for my grandmother to open it.

The batteries are just fine, however the child-proof packaging SUCKS!!! I’m elderly, have two hearing aids, and have difficulty with my right hand. The instructions on your package just show a scissors cutting a wedge shape on either side of the battery. That plastic is so thick it took me a good 10 minutes trying to cut through it. Besides that, what if your batteries gave out while in a restaurant. Do you really think an elderly lady is going to whip out a scissors and struggle for 20 minutes (remember it took me 10 minutes to get one cut out and I have 2 aids) .

The packaging was difficult to get into. I had to use scissors and really work at getting to the batteries, having to cut the edge and shake them down towards the opening to get them. If you're out in public and have no access to scissors, you might be going without. In several cases, I put the "new" battery into my hearing aid and it immediately started to beep at me and indicate that the battery was running low. I tried to take the battery out and place it back in thinking that it just wasn't in correctly, but I found that it didn't fix the problem. The battery stopped working within the hour consistent with a low battery. They were random within a pack (so not all in one pack) so I'm not sure why this happened.
