Sleepy time teas are great. They really work to just help me wind down and then doze off to sleep, without any supplemental melatonin too. I feel rested when I wake up too.Melatonin isn’t bad to supplement. I take 2.5-3mg sometimes and it works really well. Yet also I don’t like to supplement my melatonin even if such a low dosage for too often back to back. Every now and then though, it’s not bad. If the sleepytime teas ever don’t doze me off, then I could still opt for a low dose melatonin. Yet so far, the sleepytime teas work well without melatonin.So far I’m going through the Vanilla box. It’s not bad. Interested in how the other teas will be too later.

We were not sure about some of the floavors that are offered and this was a quick way to find out that we liked them all. We did have our favorites: mine was peach, hers was mint. However, they were all very good.

Don’t cost a lot money, i have my happiest home and my thea, make me feel good night and day, i stop a little today because it’s function as the said, it strengthens no caffeine

I really like this tea. I taste good and very calming.

I love them all, except for the lavender. Tastes like soap.

I have been making myself a Sleepytime Honey Tea each night. It is mildly sweet and the perfect bedtime drink to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The tea advertised was Sleepytime Vanilla . What was sent was Sleepytime Herbal Tea - no Vanilla! This is the 2nd time - I can't believe it. What a waste of money and effort. I am very disappointed.

The taste is good but I don't think it made me sleepy. The box was also dented when it came.

綿みたいなカビが生えた紅茶が届いたので、開封せずすぐに返品希望の連絡を送ったが、6日間返信が来ない。カビが生えた紅茶が部屋にあるのが衛生的に問題なので、本日処分する。無意味にお金なくなるのも、楽しみにしてた紅茶が飲めないのもすごく悲しい。ただ、同じ場所で管理してると思うから、カビてなくても胞子とかついてそう。
