Civil Aircraft Markings 2020

Very Comprehensive Guide.
This is a very comprehensive guide which covers the registrations of all civil aircraft in the UK and those that fly into the UK from abroad. It also gives a short description of each of them, with colour photographs of some.It is a direct descendant of the Ian Allen guides of years-gone-by and reminds me of plane spotting days when I was young. The latest guide is about four or five times thicker than the Ian Allen ones of the 1960's, due mainly to the vast number of planes in the sky nowadays.

The CAM rekindles a long-parked pastime
This book takes me back to my early teens as a plane spotter at LGW. I now live in South Wales and having taken early retirement may take up the pastime again at CWL and BRS with CAM in hand. Feels good !

Perhaps wrong title for me
Thought 'markings' was pictures of tails, it was more about plane spotting by its number and letters. Lots of lists of writing.

Best plane spotting book ( for the uk)
Best aviation spotting book, has all the current registrations of aircraft operating in the uk and Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc. It also includes a lot of planes registered in Ireland, and lots of foreign planes from around the world that frequently fly into the uk. This book also includes useful radio frequencies of airports around the uk

Yet another great fleetlist book
I have been buying this yearly book over the last 20 years or so - not every year but quite frequently - a very good way to keep up with the changing aircraft fleets of the airline operators to be seen in this country!
