I've owned 2 sets of four plugs each by Amysen for a while now. They worked great for a while, but then within a short period of time, two of them just stopped working. They still provide power to the device you plug in, but neither the physical button nor the Alexa integration can turn them off any more (it's just a bulky plug at this point).Normally that doesn't bother me, if I can reach out to the company and get in touch with them, but I've written them about it and at first I received a response inquiring about details and a potential return, but then never heard back. Amazon doesn't make it easy replying to or seeing previous messages from the vendor, so when I now try to "Ask the seller" or provide feedback, it say's I've already contacted the seller, but I can't inquire about the replacement either.Since the integration was not as easy as with my Kasa plugs, I'm moving to a different, slightly more expensive brand with similar bulkiness, but in a different dimension. The SmartLife app for the Amysen plugs worked nice and had simple enough integration (not Amazon level plug and play, but enough for a slightly tech-knowledgeable person), had the ability to set timers and remote control from the app in addition to the direct Alexa integration, and the design of the plugs is decent. If the plug lasted longer or replacements would have been sent, I'd feel differently about my rating.

The product works okay, but I've only used two so far, and one of them gave me trouble, but I'm not sure if it's broken or not. I don't know about any timer function, and the instructions seem like they were translated into English, but not perfectly. The biggest reason for only 3-stars is after the purchase they've emailed me every other day for two weeks to nag me to leave a review. Practically harassing customers for a review on a product is a good way to keep away repeat customers. Also, these do not directly connect to Alexa or Google, they have their own service called Smart Life, and you need to connect to that service through Google Home or Alexa, and it works pretty well, 90% of the time.

The devices are quite easy to pair and setup; however, their form is too large for two to fit on the standard sized wall socket. Otherwise, they function as expected with Alexa. I like the black color option.

Best thing to happen to my house!! If you have any Alexa products I HIGHLY recommend! I have an outlet behind a couch and it’s been great turning on the light without jumping over the couch to do so.

This product is for a 2.4 mhz and I didn't realize it until I received it. I should have read more about it before I purchased it.
