I use this laser hair removal for my unwanted leg hairs. To use this clean shave is necessary (or else you’ll smell something that’s burning). I turned on the maximum level of intensity by holding the on button for 3 seconds then pressed on the pulse light launch button to “zap” the area wanted. However, there’s no pain at all! It feels like a warm little sensation on my leg. Also since lasik can be damaging to the eyes, I wore the glasses it provided at all time. The only thing I don’t like about this product is the cord is way too short. I have to sit right next to the outlet which is kind of inconvenient.

After several months of having this it will not turn on anymore. When I plug it in it turns on and right back off. It didn’t work long enough for me to know if I had results. Very frustrating

I was impressed by this great product for the first time. It is easy to use to remove my armpit hair and other parts of my body. When I first got this product, the adaptor did not fit to my plug. I contacted to the company, then they refunded me some money to buy an international adaptor which was their sincerely apology and well- services. Thank you so much for your excellent service and to bring this product to the market.

American buyers take note! Mine came with a European plug... you will need an adapter.Plan to review again after I find mine... if I still have it. If not I will probably return it.

Its easy to use . Smaller then a hair dryer. Haven't used it enough to get any results yet.
