Overall: Great piece of vacuum for the price! Compare to the "Original" brand this thing is hard to pass on to be considered. We used it for more than a week and it didn't have any problem at all. Very happy with it and would recommend anyone to get it. Will buy one for my parent and gifts to others during the holiday season.Suction: Good, not as strong as "V11" but it's there competes with V8/9 and cleaned well. On low, the suction can be low but it is what it is for low. On high, it can suck through the grouts and edges perfectly. It cleaned the carpet without a problem.Handheld: Very light and easy to use. All the attachment came with it is very handy and useful.Battery: We used low and high suction probably 50/50 for 20 mins continuous operation and it still going. After we are done, it still shows a 2/3 battery remaining. Really good battery life and I wish they sell battery separately as well.Weight: Weight is okay, a little heavy for my wife to use but for me is good enough. I wish they sell a smaller and lighter battery as it's 40-50% of the weight of the vacuum.

Don't even try to contact warranty cause even when you send them videos of the issue and have already done all troubleshooting steps, they won't do anything for you. :)Original review: I originally bought this for our kitty litter box room, but it works so well that I actually use it for the whole house! It's much easier than dragging my super heavy vacuum out whenever I need to do little sweeps of the house. I love that it mounts to the wall too, perfect for our small laundry room! It's also very easy to empty and clean as well, and the brushes are easy to swap out.

This is a great little vacuum for the price. It has two modes of operation: low suction and high suction mode. I found the low suction mode too weak and the high suction mode adequate, so I just use keep it in "high" or MAX. Even by using the MAX setting, I'm able to clean my whole apartment, which is around 950 sq with one charge.It came with two brushes, one is for the carpets and the other one for hard floors, both work really well. The fact that is cordless and so light has encouraged me to clean the apartment more often. Before, I had to use the broom to sweep the kitchen floor and then get the massive vacuum cleaner out to vacuum the carpet. Now, I just use this one device to do the kitchen floors, the carpet, and then remove the brushes and suck the dust from the wall corners, ceiling fans, and baseboards in about an hour and a half. I also use it to get rid of spiders and another insects that wonder into the apartment, I just remove the brushes and just use the extension tube to suck the spiders that I see crawling in the walls, carpet, etc. I just use the low power mode to trap harmless insects and then release them later outside. In my opinion 4 out of 4 stars.

Oh my goodness! What can I say? I am completely surprised beyond any expectations with this dainty little vacuum. Don't be fooled by its size- it sure packs a punch. I am so happy I didn't get "suckered" into buying one of those ridiculously priced machines from another company. I never could wrap my head around spending hundreds of dollars on anything that sucks up dirt.This vacuum came ¾ charged. Enough to use on all my floors (hardwood and tile) with plenty battery life left. It was super easy to dump the waste. I charged it afterwards and it took about 3 hrs for full batt. I love how the head swivels so easily. It does a great job in corners and by baseboards without even being right up next to them. You can easily attach the other 2 tools for quick pickups, for furniture, ceilings, or to clean your vehicle.It says the battery lasts 40 mins. I have no idea, I have vacuumed many times all week on the one charge and it still reads full.We are a family of 6 with a cat and a goldendoodle. We track and they shed some. This is a perfect tool to keep our floors tidy.

My second cordless vacuum purchase, my last one was cheaper, heavier, with better suction, but only lasted a year. I love the stick design and the fact that it's so lightweight, but it seems to get clogged easily, and when lifted all the dirt spills out the bottom, which is pretty frustrating. I guess if you don't mind taking it apart and cleaning it all the time it's fine for light cleaning like dust and pet hair but doesn't seem to pick up much else

I was hopeful this vac would be able to handle my 400sq foot AZ room. It is concrete floors, so not asking for serious brushing power. Mostly just light dust and small debris that gets tracked in the door. It cant get the dust up, wont get sand. Surely cant tackle a pebble. Clean the filter each time I use it so it's not that. Sounds like a jet taking off on high speed. All bark and no bite.Update: Vacuum died today. Just decided it didn't want to turn on anymore. This vacuum was a failure from start to finish.

I bought this vacuum for quick pick-ups mainly for litter scatter from our cat. Also for in-between deep cleaning with our regular vacuum. I've been pleasantly surprised by this little vacuum. First, it's really nicely made and looks good. Second, the battery life is pretty decent, even when set to full power. Third, the suction is actually pretty decent I must say. This will replace a full size vacuum in my opion especially on carpeting, but it does have enough power to pickup small pieces of debris and even fairly fine particles of dirt and dust. Fourth, it comes with a lot of nice accessories. It comes with two brush heads which is great if you want to switch up between hard flooring to carpeting. I also like that it comes with a small mount so you can hang it on the wall. It's not a charging mount but to me that's not a deal breaker, especially at this price point. Now fifth is the price. I got this from around 80USD and for the power, accessories, and build quality I feel that's more than reasonable. Even though for us it doesn't replace our full size vacuum, I think for someone else that lives in an apartment or condo with hardwood floors this probably would be just fine to use in place of a full size. All in all I'm very pleased with this vacuum and I would recommend it.
