Great book

It is a good book about trees. With tree information. Way over priced

I bought this book hoping it would help me identify what shade trees to plant based on height and width. It does not have this information, and gives general info on different tree types. This book is fine for general tree identification. I had to manually scour through dozens of websites before finding the info I needed. Would have been much more helpful to have a book for homeowners.

This book is deceptive. It initially appears to have a lot of content but there's a ton of duplication. It is divided into geographical regions and when a tree can grow in more than one region (e.g. mangos, which are native to Asia but can and do also grow in tropical America) the entire half-page article--with identical text, photos and map--appears in the sections for each region.

Great quality love it !
