I love this yoga mat! I wish I had purchased it years ago! I’m 79 years of age & the softness, thickness & length are perfect for me. Eight months ago I had a hip replacement so I needed the right cushion & support to comfortably exercise on.

Mat is 1/4 inch thick. Very dissapointed in product. False advertising! Sending back

I use this mat a lot for core workouts and it works great! I weigh 180 lbs so I wanted a good thickness so pressure points wouldn’t be irritated. For folks that use theirs mats outside the home, you may not like the carry strap. Its a bit flimsy.

Great extra comfortable yoga mat! I use it outside on a brick patio and it provides great support. Showing a little wear and tear after 2 months of daily practice but looks like it will last for another year or two.

The mat is a decent size and very spongy and soft. I use it to stretch and to at home workouts and it gets the job done.

Very cheap thin. Waited three months for it to arrive.
