Yes all chains will rust if not properly cleaned and maintained. Try not to expose your chain to moisture and if/when this happens clean and dry it before re lubricating. WD40 sells a bike chain cleaner that works well

Would this be long enough for a fixie? (47t-16t on 700c wheels)

You should be able to calculate the gear inches and compare that with chain length.

Is the master link included with this?

yhea a master link is included but i always use a chain beaker to fit my chains. i have bought this chain numerous times and it has never let me down. i highly recommend this chain.
