The Hillman Group, Size, Gold 122246 Picture MOLDING Hook

I really thought these would fit my daughter's dorm room based on the description, but they did not work out. However, they appeared very sturdy and strong. I wound up using them for something else, and they worked great; I was just disappointed that the description seemed to be exactly what was needed for my daughter's dorm, but they were not. Other than that, I really have no problem or issues with them, and would buy again IF I knew they would work for the application that I needed them for.

These are basic standard Crown moulding hooks. They work well

Too small for my 1920s picture rail. The only way to make it stay was to nail it in place, which defeats the point.

It's a nice enough piece, but it doesn't fit the picture rail in my 1925 house. The radius at the top is fairly small. Check your picture rail. I do like having the hole to secure it with a screw or nail.

Great product for those of you who live in a older home, one with plaster walls and strong ceiling molding. This metal hook loops onto the molding to then attach a cable/ cord from and hang a mirror or pictures from without damaging the walls.

These hooks allowed us to hand framed pictures from the crown molding, protecting our 1940s plaster walls from nail holes.

Easy to use.
