I've read many reviews about nmn helping with fertility in older women.so far after Almost 1 month i can say, my trainings have improved as in I have 0 soreness, a slight soreness if I train something new. but before this I used to be really sore after my trainings.I seriously don't need coffee anymore at all, I've always had good energy levels, but if I didn't have coffee in the morning within and hour I was all day yawning. now no, i have coffee for pleasure and even decaff because I feel i get too energetic and my mind goes 1000 times per hour.It seems to be a good brand, as its GMP. We can just hope is real and they are not just selling us whatever.it may be my cocktail of pills but I do feel better after starting it. I used another brand also with good reviews, but which had neither GMP nor 3rd party lab certification. Also, most 3rd party lab certifications for other manufacturers only attest that the sample is free from contaminants, but they are mum about the purity of the main ingredient, which would be the key point. Vitality Pro is the only vendor I could find with both boxes ticked and they are also UK based which is an added plus.I am taking 4 tablets a day (1000mg) and the effect was noticeable only after a few days - even if I was taking 1000mg of the other vendor's product, which goes to tell you what the other one might contain (probably way less than stated).
