First timer and loved it!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My very first time attempting to cook an authentic Paella. After a deep research of the type of PaellaPans out there i went for the stainless steel style. Not only this is gorgeously made, but the quality was excellent. It did distribute the heat evenly, was very easy to handle, and the best of all the cleaning was a breeze. Since 16” was too big for a stove cook top, i used my grill and it fit perfectly. The result was a delicious Paella and the presentation of this pan was gorgeous. Now i want to get a bigger one because more friends and family wanna be invited. I will stick with this brand Garcima and plan to get a 22” for a larger gathering and a 10” for a small 2-3 people meal. You won’t go wrong with this amazing Paella pan. They have a new fan and customer of Garcima here.

Great Paella
The pan is beutiful, I did my paella on a gas grill and the heat was not heating well enough I had to close the BBQ lead for more heat. At the end it cook through and it was really good! The cleaning was easy, I used bar keepers soap and it was like new, however the gold handle lost its gold color, other than that is a beatiful pan.

Fantastic Seafood Paella
Garcima 16-Inch Stainless Steel Paella Pan, 40cmThis was a treasure of a find on Amazon.com. Beautiful pan, easy to clean, no rust, and an authentic paella creator for the best seafood paella ever. We used the classic recipe "Pam's Perfect Paella", with Calasparra Rice, and created a fantastic showstopper for 6.

Very Poorly made
I purchased 2 of these 16" pans, one was used on a gas stove top the other on an electric ceramic. The pan dies not heat evenly and on the ceramic stove top it warped considerably. - - the middle of the pan became very pointed so heat was being direct applied only at a single point. It did a terrible job of evenly cooking and removing the liquids. Also the handles got very hot (one of them , the other was cool) We did not place the pan directly on a hot stove, nor was it ever empty while on the stove (followed all of the heating instructions with the pan)Also this is 18/10 stainless with not bottom or cladding of 18/0 - so it does not work on an induction stove.I plan to try over an open fire later where maybe the warping will be less of an issue c- but for use in the kitchen it performed very poorly

Awesome Paella pan. Well worth the price. Cleans up well.
Very happy with this purchase. I use it out on my grill. Be sure to measure your grill depth so you don't buy one too large. And the Paella recipe that comes with it is wonderful. This pan is worth the money. There are cheaper pans out there but for a once in a lifetime purchase get this one. The pic is seafood paella that I made on the grill at my parent house.

Very impressed
Works great for Pealla, but also works great for fish and other delicate dishes on the grill. Even temperatures, low stick, much better than my more expensive griddles and far easier to use and clean.

Paella pan meets spec!
I used this pan to cook seafood paella on thanksgiving day. The paella was awesome. The pan is attractive, well designed and sturdy. After use the pan looks like new as it was Easy to clean with sudsy water and a sponge! Held up well during cooking under carefully watched heat.

Uneven heating - adequate for paella?
I love the look of this pan but had issues for paella. Bought this specifically for paella but it overheated at center and left a burned taste to the dish. If not meant for high heat, then how is it for paella? Achieving the crispy rice at the bottom is the best part of paella but the pan may have been an issue - unless it required even more olive oil than the recipe called for to prevent burning for this pan? Any suggestions? Thank you
