HEX Performance Power+ Odor Fighting Laundry Detergent, Yields 48 Loads, 48 Ounce Container

I have been using Hex detergent for about a year straight. I really love it because it cleans well, including very sweaty messy workout clothes including three hour sweaty practices of a teen boy and solidly sweat-wet shirts of my husband. We wash lake water wet unisuits (lycra) and various kinds of synthetic fiber compression shorts and sweat wicking shirts and every kind of shorts and socks as well as workout leggings for me in cotton with synthetic blends and sports bras. It works great for everyday clothes and linens. The scent is like a fresh apple fruity scent that can be strong in towels but is not overpoweringly lingering in clothing.I got used to the individual pods until I switched to this liquid. For ease of use with this very liquidy-water type consistency detergent I pick up the whole thing (it's not heavy) and I use the dispenser to directly put the detergent into my washing machine's detergent dispenser tray. I skip units the provided cup.The men in my family like the scent and are happy it is not a feminine scent or a heavy chemical weird scent. Rating 5 stars = Love it.

I go to the gym almost every day, so I my clothes always have sweat. All regular laundry detergents never succeed in getting all the sweat out, but this HEX stuff is the bomb! Its worth the money because it really works, and clothes smell great too! Plus, I'm chemically sensitive so I have to use all natural products. Most scents make me feel sick, but NOT this one! I don't know if it's natural or not, but whatever it's made of, doesn't affect me in any bad way, -Only GOOD! My clothes are the cleanest they've ever been, every time I use this, I really love it. I wish they would sell it in stores…because not many people know about it.

This really is a fantastic detergent- the fresh scent in particular. Its not an overpowering scent. . I loved the old one even better!! :( My first bottle of this I bought at the grocery store it was the original packaging and the detergent itself was a blue color that was a five-star detergent!!! I had two dogs that went through surgery in one week, the blankets, towels, clothing, the blue detergent got the smell and all the little blood stains out (shocking I know) without even pre-treating or soaking- I was so impressed. ☆☆☆☆☆ This detergent is now clear, I will still buy it, but I'm not as thrilled as I was with the blue one. And yes, I know, there's free 'n clear, and fresh scent. This one is the regular. I say buy it, it still will work fantastic on your workout wear or your athletic kids gear without bleach or pretreating as long. . I recommend to a friend who has 4 boys all athletic. And she KEEPS thanking me. She doesn't t have to use the soak option on her machine and the clothes come out CLEAN and smelling fresh, the 1st time! ☆☆☆☆

I was on the hunt for better laundry detergent and a booster because the smell of sweat wasn't coming out of my clothing. I searched a lot to find a sports detergent that was highly rated and Hex Performance was a top on a lot of searches so I thought we would try it. After one wash my workout clothing had no smell to it at all! This was great. My other half he sweats a lot and his shirts ALWAYS smelled bad no matter how much I washed his clothing they stunk. Even pre-wash and soaking did nothing. After a few weeks of using Hex Performance I felt comfortable leaving a review with knowing that it really does work and works well!

Its good enough, but my exercise polyester gear doesn't seem to get any cleaner or fresher using Hex. I have had better luck using the "Soak" setting when adding bleach or vinegar to the wash cycle with a standard detergent. ...and I don't like the smell. Its an unusual smell for laundry detergent. Its the consistency of water which threw me off a bit. The packaging design is snazzy. I like the spigot, measuring cup attachment, and the bag container with handle. Very clever.

My compression gear is expensive and after about 6 months no matter how many times I wanted it, even with vinegar it would still smell a little once I started to sweat. Think some people are ok with stinking, just walk through the gym, you know people have to know they stink, right? I know if I start too and I don’t want to be that guy.So I was going to just buy all new gear and I happened to read an article talking about how to care for compression and gym close and it recommended Hex. So I figured trying Hex is way cheaper than buying new cloths.First wash I could still smell it a little so I did a second wash with an extra rinse. No my cloths smell fresh and do not smell, also cannot smell anything when working out now.Supper stoked on Hex.One other tip was when drying do not use dryer sheets with workout gear it breaks down the fabrics.

I have been purchasing Hex laundry soap from my local grocery for a while and love it and was excited to find a larger size on Amazon. However, the product I received was Hex on the label but, definitely NOT inside. It smelled almost rancid and did not work at all on my laundry. Not sure what happened but, pretty disappointed. Hoped it to be backed with a bit more of a quality assurance as a Prime item.
