This globe was a replacement for our older globe with the circular wood base. The wood base failed, so I wanted to try the tripod style legs. Product arrived in great shape. Easy to assemble and set up. It looks great in the room. The globe is extremely nice, too. Very happy with this purchase!

This is a nice size globe to suit your den or living room. The stand is well made and wouldn't look out of place in a museum. The multiple axis swivel mounts allow you to situate any spot on earth on top for easy viewing. The quality of the globe isn't as jewel-like as the expensive ones but is detailed enough to make an impression while you regale your friends with tales of your travels. And our children live abroad so it's nice to visit them on this globe in between Zoom calls.
