La Preferida Whole Mild Green Chiles

These green chiles were perfect in my pork tamales. Just roasted them up a bit, and also made salsa verde. Yum!

Rather expensive!However, at least I can buy this somewhere, as I live in Cornwall, which only has a limited number of specialist food shops - they are few and far between.

Very mild flavoured chilis, great for adding to "Texas Red".

Absolutely no flavour. No reflection on the supplier, but it's such a shame as I'm struggling to find decent chillies in the UK for my green chilli enchiladas!
