The TV stand arrived in great condition—with the exception of one damaged piece. I don’t believe it was the company’s fault because everything was packaged and wrapped so well.I called customer service to tell them about the damaged piece. I had to leave a voicemail message. I never really thought I would get a call back, but I did. I had a return call within 10 minutes after leaving my message. I told the representative about the damaged piece. The piece had a number on it and I gave her the number. She apologized and said they would send me a replacement. She was friendly and very helpful. Within hours I received an email with a tracking number telling me that the piece was on its way. That was a Thursday night when I called and by Tuesday afternoon, I had the piece and was able to put the stand together. The piece was wrapped in styrofoam, bubble wrap, and in a large box so that there was no way the replacement piece was going to be damaged—and it wasn’t damaged! They got everything right—color, wood, etc.!!!!!!!The stand is a very beautiful piece. It took me about two hours to put it together, but I was taking my time. Everything aligned, all the pieces were there, no scratches, etc. It was very easy. I have never been putting various furniture pieces together for years, and I have never seen such great instructions as I have with this piece.The company believes in 100% customer satisfaction, and they live up to their word. I am so pleased how they worked with me to make things right. You don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. I would highly recommend the TV stand because, for one thing, it’s beautiful and because of the Customer Service that I experienced.

Was looking for a traditional cabinet to replace a taller older stereo cabinet which had my stereo components in it. We live in a 100 year old craftsman style house, and we're looking for a nicer cabinet to match our new living room furniture which is traditional style. After trips to several furniture store I decided to check Amazon an was pleasantly surprised to find a traditional craftsman style cabinet. The price was very reasonable, but had some reservations on quality of MDF fiber board used to make the cabinet. After reading several reviews we decided to purchase. We received cabinet in a box which was partially open, end of box had tape torn off and box flap was partially open. Emptied box and checked all boards out, luckily no boards were damaged. Was easy to follow instructions and put together . Some reviewers said instruction were hard to understand, not for us. The hinges are adjustable so you can properly align the doors, which some reviews complained about doors being uneven . Only issue I had was wishing cabinet was 2-3" deeper to accommodate bigger stereo components. Had to cut bigger opening in back of stereo cabinet to make room for component , which was easy. For the price, stereo cabinet looks beautiful, is very solid, doors are solid wood while rest of cabinet is MDF wood. Which by the way looks like solid wood. Would I buy again or recommend to friends, Yes I would !

So thankful that I made this purchase as it has added beautiful decor to my LR. This did take some time to put together and was better managed with 2 people for adding the doors. It does handle my 42inch TV quite well and has provided the height that I was searching to have. Multiple favorable comments from family members were given too. Great find!

If you have ever assembled Ikea furniture, this cabinet will be easy to assemble: it's held together with cam locks and dowels. You will need a #2 phillips screwdriver. The assembly instructions are clear and well organized. When assembling the unit pay attention to front vs. back: I accidentally put the middle shelf in backward and didn't notice until I had tightened all the cams, so a bit of wasted time but no serious problem. I found it convenient to use an impact driver when screwing on the back, not because the screws were hard to drive but because there are 16 of them.My unit came with a warped top, so after putting the top on I added a corner brace to pull it down to the cross bar. I just clamped the top down with 2 clamps, and placed the corner brace. That worked fairly well.As others have noted, the unit is not deep enough to accomodate larger audio equipment, so I cut out a square hole 18" x 8" using a jigsaw.There have been many questions about the dimensions of this piece, and answers ranging from "I don't know" to "about [some wrong answer]". Honestly, I am one of those that read and use reviews to make my purchases, but rarely take the time to do an actual review myself. Not this time. I am absolutely happy with my tv stand purchase. It was everything I was looking for- right size ( which is the main reason I picked this one), right color and style, and a good value along with great reviews. I received my stand over a week earlier than anticipated, even though my predicted shipping time was less than two week. I found it very hard to find a stand that was small enough for our space needed- most were made for the large screen TVs. When I received my shipment and unpacked all the pieces, I was already a happy camper. The quality of the stand was terrific, very solid for something not made of entirely hardwood. Once I got to the hardware, everything was individually labeled with a part letter that corresponded with the detailed building instructions. All of the predrilled holes were where they were supposed to be, and I had no problems screwing the cam lock bolts in by myself. The hardest part was putting on the doors, but still manageable. Over all, I am so happy with my choice in my tv stand. :)

Love the the light, airy look of it - it is not a clunky piece of furniture taking over my living room. Good storage with two full shelves and doors to keep the dust out.Would be nice in a bedroom too!Only dislike is that the backing is cardboard and definitely not the same color as the wood cabinet portion.

The item was exactly as described and the assembly, although could be improved, as not too difficult. In the end we are very pleased with this purchase.

Easy assembly, well made for the price range. comes with a putty pencil to hide any scratches. lots of room in the cupboard

Loved the colour and height, also width/depth. Put it in the corner by the pool table so it is above the pool table height and we can watch TV and play pool at the same time.

This was exactly as expected! It has a ton of storage!
