Plants came intact because these folks knows how to package delicate plants so that they can survive the rigours of transportation.I just wish other people selling plants do the same. I have bought from at least three other plants shops and the plants arrive crushed and/or in-viable because of extremely bad packaging.As you can see in the pics, they are healthy with healthy and established root systems and the same size as advertised.I am quite pleased and will be buying from Primrose and recommending to my friends in the future. The plant looks absolutely gorgeous, just like in the picture. I didn't know what to expect because I don't know this plant so I was super-happy to receive this beauty. It's healthy, and it came well-packaged so there were no broken leaves. And it's growing fast despite this gloomy UK weather.I don't like to duplicate plants but this one is so pretty that I'm considering buying another one, and I've already taken cuttings to give to friends. Love it, love it, love it.
