Totally Useless, do not waste your money on th8s component.m
My real rating is a giant ZERO and a waste of money. If you do buy this, do not install the safety screws until you try it for several days. That way you can remove it and send it back when it does not do as advertised.Here's why I say it is useless and a wasteof money.1) If Landroid gets stuck you know where it got stuck. If someone moves it or even steals it at that point. The find my landroid will: a) Only show the last (stuck) position of your lambroid. b) After 20 minutes of being stuck, the Landroid powers down. When Power back on, you MUST go through setup to reconnect the Landroid to the app, rendering the Find My Landroid useless. I tried letting it set or cut the yard (manually starting it) for over an hour, it did not reconnect.2) If for some reason you need to power down the Landroid (say to replace the blades, install the ACS or Off Limits components), once you power back on your Landroid and enter your PIN code, it will NOT reconnect to the app. You MUST go back through setup to reconnect your Landroid to the app, rendering the Find My Landroid, Totally useless. Before you ask, I did let it run around cutting for over an hour and it still did not reconnect.3) When the Landroid goes home to charge over night, the Find My Landroid reports that the Landroid is offline. At this point, you can freely move the Landroid (steal it) and you, the owner, would not know about it until the next time the Landroid is scheduled to start cutting again.4) Since the Landroid goes off line when charging over night, you cannot change the programming, like change scheduled times, or adjust the percent to stay in each zone.5) Customers support/Customer service is non existent. a) I tried contacting them via Amazon (No response). b) I tried through Worx website/customer support. (No response).Both, NO response = Basically no customer support at all with an expensive Worx Landroid and its components.So what good is Find My Landroid if it is always offline? Answer: Useless/ Waste of money.

Works once then stops tracking.
The first time the machine gets trapped or stuck it shows the point where it gets stuck. But after that if someone(me) moves the machine it only shows the original location. So absolutely no value as a theft tracking device.

Terrible Experience With Product
The following are the reasons I am highly dissatisfied with this product. I DO NOT recommend purchasing:1. I purchased this product and the website description mentioned NOTHING about a 1 year prepaid card and additional cost afterwards2. As much as #1 frustrates me I have NEVER been able to use this product. I plugged it in and ran through the setup. When I open the app I get a large pop up menu saying 'Activate Sim". I click ok but nothing happens and I cant select any other options because all of the other buttons are greyed out.3. My issues have been ongoing for about a year and customer service has been useless. I will never purchase another Worx product.Summary: This was a complete waste of money and customer service was useless.

Disables app usage when SIM expires
This is by far the worst “upgrade” you could purchase for this mower, for starters, Worx didn’t originally disclose that their would be a “renewal” fee, which is scam in itself.To follow up on their horrible “service”, if you install this unit (which cannot be removed), the phone app disables, so you can’t access any of the features that you would still have had you simply stuck with Wi-Fi.

Even one star is too much
I purchased this from the Australian Amazon site, paid in Australian Dollars and had it sent to an Australian address. When I went to install it the unit would not connect to the internet. I contacted POSITEC AU Sales and their reply was: We actually haven’t launched this in Australia as yet, so your sim will not be active.Thanks Amazon for not saying anywhere in the description that this unit isn't supported in Australia, and thanks WORX and POSITEC for the "can't be bothered" attitude that Amazon descriptions are missing vital information about your products.
