I like the product but when you open the box you find it have of it leaking in side the box and dry

2 tubs at a great price
Good value for money and great quality. Doesn't burn my scalp during processing, relaxes well and lasts for more than 2 months (for me it does anyway). Managed to get x4 uses out of it. Contains x2 tubs but I get x2 uses out of x1 tub because my hair is medium length. Easy to use and the relaxer washes out quite easily with the shampoo neutraliser that goes from pink to white. Would definitely buy again.

Not as kind as other products.
I have been relaxing my friends hair for around 15 years using various products, this is the first time I’ve used this one and although it didn’t tingle/sting as much as other products it did cause a lot more breakage/hair loss than ever before. Hair loss continued for weeks after, had to spend a fortune on repair products. My friend lost around a third of her hair. All instructions were followed.
