I previously purchased a different one form somewhere else that I returned as it was too flimsy. Not this one though. This one is a perfect and secure fit. It is sturdy and will fully protect my ipad if I should drop it by mistake. I can stand my tablet up in either landscape or portrait and it doesn't fall over. 100% will buy again when I finally wear this one out. (probably a long time though) The only reason for the 4 star overall rating is that being substantial it is bulkier and heavier than the flimsy ones. Not a problem though at least I wont need to replace my ipad if a drop it.

Edit review........was delighted with this at first but within a few weeks the edges began to peel away and it began to fall apart. It's ok in the short term but didn't last very long before it fell apart completely, 4 months to be precise.I recommend going for a better quality as the "buy cheap buy twice" certainly applies in this case, I've gone for a different case, wouldn't buy this again.I recently bought a new iPad but as my 10 year old one was still working well I didn't want to just throw it away. The cover on it was falling apart and I didn't think anyone would still be making covers for older iPads and was pleasantly surprised to find they did.I have the A1416 model and it fits perfectly, I'm amazed at reviews claiming that their iPad didn't fit, can only assume they didn't check the model numbers clearly written by the seller in the description before buying.For the price I got a bargain, very pleased with it.
