Worked great to repair a 1960's Airline tube amp.

Well built. Sturdy mounting assembly. Pin locations are numbered on both top and bottom of socket. Two specific solder sites on each pin. I am using it to replace the blown out switcher rectifier with a conventional GZ34 tube and transformer rectifier on a Crate V50 that has the Soldano SLO mod and sounds amazing. I bought three of them on a bunch, so if it was 'good,' then I could also replace my 6L6GC sockets. I'm probably going to replace my V50 6L6GC sockets.

When you hold one of these sockets in your hand you know immediately it is made of sturdy materials. It even looks sturdy, and quite nicely colored too. The metals used are polished and look like they will make good electrical connection for years of use. Bakelite is great, but these are surely better. I'd buy them again.
