This was purchased to assist my grandson throw a javelin, so I was disappointed to find no instructions or tips on how to throw the item.

Hilfreich für Speerwurftraining
Mein Sohn benutzt den Nockenball beim Speerwurftraining. Er ist sehr zufrieden damit, genauso wie sein Trainer. Die Leistung konnte gesteigert werden.
