It's night and day from the first one.

What I find to be odd is that the people who watched this show don't see it for what it is - a disclosure. They praise it like it's just a fictional plot but it is essentially them, the synagogue of satan, telling you one of the things they want to do to you.Key points this show reveals to people who are not completely asleep:a) The scamdemic is there to scare you into taking a "treatment" for a non-existent threat, where the treatment will actually kill you. This is, after all, medicine in general. People receive bogus diagnoses and trust a doctor (a man or woman who literally pledges to satan) to heal them by prescribing toxic chemicals. You are not sick until you agree to poison yourself.b) The network is "entrenched". They don't need millions of people on-board with the program; they just need a handful to keep the gullible masses in check... just like herding cattle. How many times have you heard fake news say "herd immunity", literally calling you cattle to your face, and like a mouth-breathing dope you see no problem with it. You are proud to be on the way to the slaughter.c) The people behind the actual plots, such as the recent and ongoing scamdemic, are delusional whackjobs who believe they are the saviors of a world that need not be saved. They erected the georgia guidestones as their monument, but unsurprisingly, none of these agents of satan who want to depopulate the earth (citing the fictional overpopulation meme) are volunteering to off themselves for the cause. It's YOU that has got to go.Overall the show is well done, but it is lost on most people watching it. I see a lot of people saying they want a third season to 'wrap things up'...not realizing that there is nothing to wrap up.

once Jessica and her brother become adults, very stupid not to use same actors! these ones suck. even the other characters from first season should of been used. not even gonna finish watching this season

This is one of the single greatest shows in existence. I would gladly pay to watch the end of this series. Not the American one, they took everything out that was possibly good and filled it with useless dribble. This UK original is truly one of the best tv shows you could possibly ever get the chance to watch. Please, even if you charged 200 per person just for a Season 3, you would get enough people to pay for it. Anything at all, a book, a comic book, whatever you can do (and yes, make your profit) do so. Do not give us bad remakes - just please finish this series. Do a poll, get a fund set up, get enough fans to front the money - we will do it. Or get an extra payment for a special Prime of some sort - please we beg of you - just how you picked up The Expanse to conclude that, do the same for this, you will see the profit and dividends from new subscribers and the publicity alone will make more showrunners and content creators beg to be part of the Amazon family.

This is a fantastic TV show, you're unlikely to find something as unique for awhile, the plot is interesting, the acting is good, every scene is well shot... There's not much to dislike. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw the 1 star reviews regarding the violence. This show is not any more violent than GoT or Hannibal -also a great show on Amazon Video. I just wanted to balance out the 1 star reviews since a distaste for violence seems like a silly reason to give a great show a bad rating... also, it's the same level of gore throughout, so why continue watching to the second season if you didn't like it??? p.s. it is better than the U.S. remake, the U.S. version is a shot for shot remake basically but it feels a little tacky compared to the U.K. version.

Dennis Kelly avoids the (all too "american") cop out of blaming a single, omniscient cabal of autocrats seemingly incapable miscommunication or error-making. So the UK version is wiser than the more recent "USA" ripoff.That said, mistakes *BOTH* series make, are insulting, frankly...- ASSUMING the world's majority ALWAYS choose expanding consumerism regardless of suffering & exploitation;- ASSUMING no solution besides "we must control (so-called) 'over'-population!"...ignoring the suffer during "post-genocide" will continue regardless of population size. Global warming, seeping toxic waste, lack of drinkable water & failing infrastructure (dams bursting, etc.) don't "magically" disappear "post-Big-Pharma-Rapature-ing" (killing off 90 per cent of humankind);- ASSUMING we the viewers (as well as the majority of the world's population) "all to agree" capitalism MUST both: continue and EXPAND, infinitely, which also begs the question...- ASSUMING "we" all reject (& are incapable of) ANY other way of organizing ourselves (to prosper, not just survive!);- ASSUMING the "white man's burden" --A lie justifying anti-working class violence which INSISTS "only a minority of exceptional, upper echelon, rich, white, pro-capitalists are "smart enough" to "save" the rest of us (mere mortals)!Again, REALLY INSULTING to the majority of people's intelligence.

Hallo,es ist schon beängstigend wie synchron einige der Ereignisse in der Serie zu dem passen was zur Zeit zur Coronapandemie geschieht. Mal sehen wie lange die Serie noch zu kaufen sein wird. Aber wer logisch denken kann, wird erkennen das ein weiters Wachstnum der Menachheit zu nichts gutem führen wird. Je mehr Menschen es geben wird... desto geringer wird wohl die Wertschätzung für jeden einzelnen ausfallen... das ist zumindes die Erfahrung die ich in 45 Jahren meines Lebens sammeln durfte. Die Serie verdeutlicht dieses auf ungeschönte Weise und zeigt eine fiktive Möglichkeit auf, den destrutiven Organismus Mensch auf ein für den Planeten und für den Menschen selbst erträgliches Maß zürückzuschneiden. Ein wirklich gutes aber auch makabres und heikles Thema.P. S. der Planet verträgt halt nur ein gewisses Maß an modernem Mensch.

Meilleur séries du monde mais pas de langue française et encore moins de sous-titres en français. Du coup uniquement pour les bilingues.

I found the second season a disappointment after the first season. I figure the first season can stand on it's own so this isn't necessary.

Die 1. Folge dieser 2. Staffel ist mit das Beste, was ich je gesehen habe. Der Plot ist schlicht und ergreifend genial, und die Serie lässt im Vergleich zur 1. Staffel in keinster Weise nach. Der Soundtrack könnte besser nicht sein, die Kameraeinstellung, die Schauspieler, die "Botschaft", alles hat das Zeug zur Kultserie, wenn nicht immer diese übertriebene Brutalität wäre. Ich möchte nicht glauben, daß das Ganze ohne diese nicht funktionieren würde. So ist die Begeisterung nicht ungetrübt, trotzdem sind die Briten einfach wirklich gute "Serienmacher".

Due to Channel 4 only releasing this on DVD over here in the UK I was DELIGHTED to see this was available in Germany and more importantly, available for import. This is the best version you will find, it is as it was aired over here in HD, it's 1080i but this is usually standard for most of our shows and the increase in quality over the DVD is obvious to see. It's very easy to pick from the menu's too for the english version and it's basically what we should have got over here too but didn't for some reason.I'm sure if you're on this page you know all about Utopia, probably one of the best visual experiences of British television I have ever had the pleasure of viewing, never afraid to splash everything in colour and a masterfully directed series in all.
