Check Expiration Dates on Bottom
This Theraworx Relief for Joint Discomfort & Inflammation has become a staple in my household now for about 2 years. Like most people, I wanted numerous bottles...one downstairs, one upstairs, and maybe another in the bedroom. My bilateral arthritic knees, a sometimes aching back....this OTC, safe "medical" topical foam application DOES help alleviate PAIN. However, with my most recent order, an order of a set of 6 bottles, I happen to notice the EXPIRATION DATE on the bottom of the bottle. I was appalled that all new bottles had only a 4- month expiration date. One bottle will last me for months. I gave feedback to the seller, Area Trend, via Amazon.com. They DID listen and gave me a full refund and the usual 30-day period was overruled. Thank you to Area Trend. Supposedly, the packing unit in the Warehouse is going to successfully address this problem on future orders. The customer rep agreed with me that probably the expiration date should be about 2 years out. Love the convenience of getting this product via Amazon but I want FRESH PRODUCT. So, while I totally endorse the product & was gratified with the total refund of my money on this most recent order, I am leaving it out there that there might be problems with the expiration date in the future. I hope Area Trend successfully gets over this problem.
