Architectural Mailboxes Coolidge Galvanized Steel Mailbox Post, Black

Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought replacing a mailbox would be so hard. I looked and looked and finally found this inexpensive option. It was perfect and easy to install. The fittings for different size boxes really helped too.

Great product seems very durable easy to install functions just how it’s supposed to. Looks like quality materials were used. Just replaced my old mailbox post that was fighting for its life. Install this one in a matter of minutes.

Easy assembly and install. I just pounded mine into the ground with a dead-blow mallet and it is pretty solid.

Great item but with one little flaw. The brace that fits under the mailbox for the post to slide into was busted. Luckily, I was able to use the previous the one that came with my box.. Also the new post came with more screws, washers & nuts than the original one did with the maikbox plus instructions

Works well.The square area the mailbox is screwed into is more stable than the other cheap version metal post types.We carefully hammered the bottom part of the post into the ground using a wood block on top as not to mess up the post.Then we added the top part of the post and secured it.The box was easily attached to the post.Since I didn't use concrete I did hammer a painted black wood board into the ground directly behind the box to support the back of the box should it ever want to wobble then put two screws from inside the box into the board.This stabilized it well so the box doesn't lean or twist. Overall its a good post for the cheap price.Just use care installing it.

I thought it would be larger and more heavy-duty. It works for now but really not large enough.

Bought the open box and it had the wrong joiner. Contacted the company and had the correct one sent. Looks great!

I hope this more manly than the last post I used.
