2Pairs Clear Orthotic gel heel cups for treatment of plantar fasciitis

I'm glad I bought these, they have relived a lot of heel pain I was experiencing during long walks. My only bugbear is that if it is not positioned right within the shoe, the side can rub on the side of my heel and cause a bit of discomfort. But as long as I have time to figure out the best positioning for the cups, I have no issues.

Really helped with Achilles issues, for that reason I would highly recommend.The four-star downside is that they don't have a coating sufficient to protect them against picking up lint — so they look pretty grubby only after a couple wear. It is not clear if they can be washed... Hence replacing them... likely more often than is required.

Item arrived on time but they are extremely uncomfortable. Used them in variety of shoes and in all of them they were uncomfortable and painful to use, hence throw them in the bin. Maybe they will be good for someone but the middle bit is so hard that it makes pressure on the hill unbearable and painful.

Bought for my son who has developed the same problems that have with my feet.my son is on his feet all day and has a problem wearing them in his work boots .he is persevering.

I was expecting a little lift with these but they are literally cups, so no good if you have a combination of plantar fasciitis and Achilles issues

Me han ayudado a caminar unos 3 meses que tenía una deformidad de Haglund. Para la gente que dice que se despegan. Son de pegar una vez y no tocar. Yo estropeé las primeras queriendo cambiarlas de zapatos. No lo hagas. Unas para cada zapato y en meses no se han despegado nada.

Comodisimas lo aconsejo para el espolón, unelo a baños antes de ir a descansar y unos masajes por toda la planta, se me ha pasado el dolor totalmente

Me ha gustado mucho, además del precio (muy barato tratándose de dos pares), que son cómodas y agradables al andar, además de fáciles de colocar en el zapato. Ambas sirven para cualquiera de los dos pies.Su espesor en el talón es de aprox. 1 cm y yo uso solo una para corregir una dismetría de esa medida en la pierna izda. y me van muy bien en las zapatillas de deporte.No me gusta mucho el tacto pegajoso y que al principio se nota el borde bajo el puente del pie.En conjunto, las recomiendo.

Ouch! My foot is killing me! I have bone spurs in my heel. These heel cushions are life-savers They are soft and even softer in the middle, so my heel can recover and I can continue walking about, within reason.They are a bit sticky, so they stick in the shoe, but after a few days they come loose. But a bit of double-sided carpet tape solved this problem.In fact I just ordered two more pairs so I don't have to move them from shoe to shoe.

Me han venido bien. Alivia el dolor de la fascitis plantar, pero tampoco pidamos milagros. Ich habe mir diese Silikon Kissen geholt da ich mit meinem Knie leichte Probleme hatte.Leider Brauchten diese Kissen keine Verbesserung, aber ich vermute es lag nicht unbedingt an den Kissen. Sie waren ok zum Tragen, leider verrutschten sie manchmal beim anziehen obwohl sie extrem klebrig sind. Was auch etwas störend ist das. Nach einem Monat tragen sehen sie nicht so toll aus siehe Foto

Son unas plantillas muy duras que compramos por los comentarios que figuraban en Amazon. Para los espolones no ha supuesto ninguna mejora y a pesar de tener un poco de adhesivo no se adhiere bien y se mueven demasiado

comparadas con otras que he usado, ya que por desgracia no es la primera vez que tengo una fascitis, las siento duras y que como uses zapatos o zapatillas duras estas te terminan por hacer que el dolor del talón aflore, no lo calma. tengo que usar zapatillas de talón blando para que aguante de pie.

Para un talón con espolón, van perfectas. Prácticamente no se notan al andar, y encima con un precio muy interesante.

Gute Fersenkissen. Haben bei geholfen nach einem Bruch des Fersenknochens und einer daraus entstandenen Achillessehnenentzündung. Habe sie jetzt seit ca. einem Jahr genutzt. Die Schmerzen sind zum Glück endlich weg. Werde die Kissen weiterhin nutzen, da sie sich gut anfühlen und abfedern.
